You provide the scope of work and we'll return a professional estimate.  

What's needed from you.

• The  carriers estimate for rewrites. 
• Your scope of work. 
• Dimensions for roof 
• Siding dimensions if needed.  
• Any other documentation that might be helpful.
• Photos (If available).

We'll return a professional, detailed and itemized Xactimate estimate to you via email within 24 hours. Extra time may be required for large loss estimates  

You will receive a draft for your approval or any necessary revisions via email. Once you have approved the estimate, we'll return to you a professional, detailed and itemized Xactimate estimate.  

In addition to the Xactimate Estimate Only service, we will send the rewritten estimate to the insurance carrier as a supplement and communicate with the insurance adjuster on your behalf.  After all, we are former adjusters. We speak their language!  

You will be able to review the rewritten estimate before it is submitted to the insurance carrier. Keeping you in the loop throughout the process.

Roof Estimate Total        Your price.

Up to $40,000        $69.99.   

$40,001 - $60K      $149.99.  

$60,001 - $80K      $249.99.   

$80,001 and up     .5 % of the estimate total. (ex: With an estimate total of $80K your price would be $400)

Non-Roof estimates and Roof estimates with exterior or interior work.

Up to $40,000        $149.99. 

$40,001 - $60K      $169.99. 

$60,001 - $80K      $269.99.   

$80,001 and up     .5 % of the estimate total. (ex: With an estimate total of $80K your price would be $400)

A $25 deposit is required when placing your order.

Once the estimate is competed you will receive an email with the completed estimate and invoice. Simply click the pay link in the invoice and remit payment. 

Supplement Estimates or Re-writes

Up to $40,000        $149.99. 

$40,001 - $60K      $169.99. 

$60,001 - $80K      $269.99.   

$80,001 and up     .5 % of the estimate total. (ex: With an estimate total of $80K your price would be $400)

The fee for the supplemental estimate is due when the estimate is ready. 

3% of the supplemental increase is due when the insurance carrier issues the supplemental payment. 

For example, if the insurance carrier pays an additional $10,000 for the supplement the fee would be $300
